My balsam fir sachets are hand printed on natural linen and filled with balsam needles and tiny bits of twigs, with no added scent or oils. The sachets measure 5" square and are printed in crimson ink with a winter wren design on the front. The back has our logo, name and "Hand Made in Rhode Island" printed in the same color ink. The sachets are sew shut by hand, I know, sounds crazy, but I like them that way.I found that the scent can last several years or more. Place them in a drawer, under a pillow, in your car or closet. I adore the scent in it's natural form, as it reminds me of a summer I lived in southern France. I was introduced to herbs, smelly cheese, wine and potent black licorice by my host, Anne-Marie Chapouton, a writer of children's books and founder of a little library in Lourmarin.
